We were delighted to read such a positive write-up on Colfe's in the most recent edition of the Good Schools Guide, following our highly complimentary ISI Inspection reports last year. The Good Schools Guide is objective, free from sponsorship and reassuringly expensive: parents who wish to view the entries on other schools will need to pay a £40 annual subscription. Their own website (www.goodschoolsguide.co.uk) explains the nature and purpose of the guide: their contributors visit schools and talk directly to heads, teachers, pupils and parents. They make their own minds up and pride themselves on their resistance to PR.
